Strongly varietal with a twist of complexity punchy and perfumed with jasmine floral passionfruit lemon balm and Thai basil then the more mineral and savoury cordite wet stones white flowers. The palate has both depth of flavour and polish. Even textural with a lime leaf acidity that carries the wine to a long persistent finish.
